We keep what we collect through our website simple and limited to what helps us stay connected with you.
Contact and newsletter information. If you reach out through our contact form or sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name, email address, and any message you choose to share.
Website analytics. Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, time spent, general location, and device or browser type. This helps us keep the site easy to navigate.
Booking information. Our website does not process appointment bookings directly. When you choose to book a session, you'll be directed to our scheduling partner's platform (see Section 3).
We do not collect payment information, health records, or intake information through our website.

Send you our newsletter and updates, if you've opted in;

3. BOOKING THROUGH OUR SCHEDULING PARTNER
When you select “Book an Appointment” (or similar) on our site, you'll leave ayeurintegrative.com and be taken to a third-party scheduling platform. Any information you provide there — including contact details, health history, or intake information — is collected and handled under that platform's own privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to review it before booking.
4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as Google Analytics) to understand site traffic and improve your experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect some site functionality.
5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with:
Service providers who help us run our site (for example, our email/newsletter platform and analytics provider), under obligations to protect your data;
Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public;
A successor business, if AYEUR Integrative is ever acquired or merged — your information would continue to be handled as described in this policy.
6. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS
Because there's no single accepted standard yet for how websites should respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, our site does not currently respond to them.

We keep contact and newsletter information for as long as you remain subscribed or as needed to respond to your inquiry, and analytics data for as long as reasonably necessary to understand site trends. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 10).

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we collect. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. MINOR'S PRIVACY
Our website & services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that they not provide Personal Information through the Services.

Unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly;
Ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@ayeurintegrative.com;

We'll respond to requests within 30 days.
11. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Because AYEUR Center for Fertility & Integrative Medicine is based in California, California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the “Shine the Light” law), including the right to request details about the categories of personal information we've collected and, where applicable, disclosed for direct marketing purposes in the past year, and the right to request deletion of your personal information.
