TERMS OF SERVICE
AYEUR CENTER FOR FERTILITY & INTEGRATIVE MEDICINE
Welcome to AYEUR Center for Fertility & Integrative Medicine.
Please take a few minutes to read these Terms of Service (this “Agreement”) before using our website. By visiting or using ayeurintegrative.com (the “Website”) and the information and booking links we make available through it (together, the “Services”), you agree to this Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
This Agreement is between you and AAYEUR Center for Fertility & Integrative Medicine (“AYEUR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services on your own behalf. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept this Agreement for you and will be responsible for your compliance with it.
1. ACUPUNCTURE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL CARE
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 OR GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR EMERGENCY CARE.
The content on our Website — including any descriptions of acupuncture, wellness information, or practitioner bios — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition, and does not create a doctor-patient or acupuncturist-patient relationship. Reviewing our Website is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with your physician or another qualified health provider, and you should never delay or avoid seeking medical advice because of something you read here.
Our practitioners provide care based on their professional judgment and may decline to provide treatment where they believe it is not appropriate.
2. BOOKING APPOINMENTS
Our Website does not process appointment bookings or payments directly. When you choose to book a session, you'll be directed to our scheduling partner's platform, which is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy — not this Agreement. Please review those terms before booking. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or payment policies for your appointment are set by that platform and/or communicated to you directly by AYEUR.
3. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version through the Services. Changes won't apply retroactively to a dispute that arose before the update was posted. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the changes.
4. YOUR INFORMATION
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect through our Website (such as contact-form and newsletter submissions and site analytics) and how we use it. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
5. USE OF THE WEBSITE
The Services are operated from the United States and intended for use within the United States. We make no claims that the Services are appropriate or available for use elsewhere, and we may restrict availability to any person, location, or jurisdiction at our discretion.
6. RULES OF CONDUCT
When using the Services, you agree not to:
Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
Interfere with or disrupt the Website or the servers or networks that support it;
Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Website using bots, crawlers, or similar tools;
Reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works from any part of the Website, except as this Agreement expressly allows;
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice from the Services;
Post or transmit content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or that infringes someone else's rights;
Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
7. FEEDBACK
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation to compensate you or treat them as confidential.
8. OUR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
The Website, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by AYEUR or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Website without our prior written permission, and you may not use AYEUR's name, logo, or trademarks without our consent.
9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND MATERIALS
Our Website may link to third-party sites or services, including our scheduling partner's booking platform. We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, sites, or services, and linking to them doesn't mean we endorse them. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy, and is at your own risk.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AYEUR INTEGRATIVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and hold AYEUR harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.
13. SUSPENSION OF ACCESS
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without notice, including if we believe you've violated this Agreement.
14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF TREATMENT
If you request or attend an appointment through a link on our Website, you acknowledge that acupuncture and related services will be provided in person by a licensed acupuncturist based on their professional judgment, that you're encouraged to consult your physician about your condition, and that you may decline or stop treatment at any time. This brief acknowledgment doesn't replace the full intake and consent forms you'll complete at your appointment.
15. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to that venue and jurisdiction.
16. PARENTAL CONTROLS NOTICE
Parental control tools (filtering software, etc.) are commercially available to help limit access to material that may be harmful to minors. Information about current providers is available through the Family Online Safety Institute (familyonlinesafety.org) and similar resources. We don't endorse any particular product or service.
17. QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS
If you have a question or complaint about the Services, contact us at hello@ayeurintegrative.com or by mail at:

18. GENERAL TERMS
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without our consent; we may assign ours freely. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and AYEUR regarding the Services and supersedes any prior understanding on the subject. Headings are for convenience only. We won't be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
